The CCATF and Transport for London come together to collaborate on skills and apprenticeships

The Cross-Industry Construction Apprenticeship Task Force (CCATF) have announced that Transport for London (TfL) have become the latest high-profile organisation to join their member community.

The organisation, with a clear focus on the development of sustainable programmes of activity around the construction apprenticeship space, are delighted to have an organisation such as TfL as a member.

Commenting on the announcement, CCATF Chair Martyn Price, MBE, said “the underpinning philosophy of the CCATF is to bring organisations of all sizes together, working with them to develop, outcomes that improve the skills landscape in the construction sector”.

Price continued “Having an organisation such as TfL join the CCATF is clearly a significant event and one that we are incredibly proud of. TfL are a progressive and highly professional organisation that is currently embarking on a significant housing and regeneration programme that will lead to multiple apprenticeship opportunities within the sector. This aligns strongly with the ambition of the CCATF and we therefore welcome TfL into the CCATF Community and very much look forward to working with them moving forward.

All organisations within the construction sector that have apprentices or would be interested in taking on an apprentice, can benefit from joining the CCATF.
