§ Barriers to using apprenticeships as a progression pathway.
§ Potential solutions to address these.
We believe that employers such as yourself are best placed to make a significant contribution to this research.
We would like to invite you to take part in an interview to share your organisation’s experiences . If you take part, all the information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence; it will be entirely confidential and will be anonymised.
We are hoping to speak with a senior staff member who is responsible for making decisions about apprenticeships at your organisation, so if you do not think you are the right person to speak with and would like to nominate a colleague please let us know and/or forward this communication directly to your colleague.
Your participation would involve an interview conducted by the L&W research team. This would take place by telephone and would last approximately 45 minutes.
Interviews will take place between now and 14th February 2020. If you would like to take part, please can suggest one or two dates and times that would suit you within this timeframe?
